We are looking for a seasoned Bilingual (English/Mexican Spanish) SAP SD Principal Associate for a hybrid role based in Monterrey, Mexico. You will be a key player in leading process and technology solutions for Sales, Distribution, and Logistics Execution functions, handling projects independently, and contributing to pre-sales and team development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and deliver end-to-end SAP SD implementation and Roll-out projects.
• Independently manage projects and potentially lead a small team.
• Collaborate effectively with global teams across different time zones.
• Support pre-sales activities (POCs, customer presentations).
• Mentor junior SAP SD team members.
• Drive the creation of SAP Assets and Accelerators.
• Adapt quickly to changing environments and develop new skills.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 10+ years of SAP experience.
• 3+ years of domain experience.
• 3+ end-to-end SAP implementations (including Roll-out and Support project experience).
• Process expertise in Sales and Distribution, Logistics, and Shipment processes.
• Ability to gather requirements, propose solutions, and write functional specifications (including complex RICEFW).
• Experience writing test scripts.
• Expertise in at least 2 industries (e.g., CPG, Chemical, Automotive, Life Sciences).
• Experience in at least 2 end-to-end S/4HANA implementation/conversion projects.
• Knowledge of S/4HANA functionalities (BP, aATP, BOP, etc.).
• Knowledge of Activate methodology or client-specific methodologies.
• Good understanding of SAP modules and integration points (MM, FICO, PP, PS).
• Experience with cutover tasks.
• Must be Bilingual: Fluent English & Spanish (Mexican accent required).
