DBA - Sr. Manager
Seeking a Sr. DBA Manager ($130K MXN/month) with 12+ yrs experience in enterprise DB architecture, cloud platforms, and team leadership. Direct hire + full benefits. Must be US work authorized.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree or relevant certifications preferred.
- 12+ years of progressive experience in database management, including leadership of large, cross-functional DBA teams in enterprise environments.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and expertise with diverse relational and non-relational platforms including Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.
- Deep technical understanding of data architecture, enterprise data integration strategies, and ETL processes.
- Expert experience with cloud and hybrid database environments, including AWS RDS, Azure SQL, Google Cloud Spanner, and related services.
- Demonstrated success in architecting and managing complex, high-availability, and disaster recovery solutions at scale.
- Significant hands-on experience with automation, scripting, and process optimization (Unix shell scripting, Windows BAT, etc.)
- Track record of standardizing and optimizing database delivery via processes, procedures, and automation.
- Outstanding ability to solve highly complex technical problems with innovative, enterprise-focused solutions.
- Exceptional ability to translate complex technical information for senior business and executive audiences.
- Extensive documentation and project planning experience, with ability to communicate and deliver precise technical information to diverse teams.
- Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.
- Ability and willingness to provide executive oversight and support for a 24/7 operational environment.
Key Responsabilities:
- Lead enterprise DBA strategy, cloud/hybrid ops, automation, and team oversight. Architect scalable, secure, high-availability solutions with 24/7 support and executive-level communication.
