Requirements:

Knowledge of IT infrastructure including:

· Computer and printer troubleshooting and deployment.

· Microsoft Windows (client) and basic understanding of Active Directory.

· Basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, LAN).

· Familiarity with internet connectivity and security concepts (VPN, antivirus).

· Exposure to virtualization or remote access tools (e.g., Citrix) is a plus. Familiarity with manufacturing environment.

· Knowledge of M365 administration, including Office suite, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, and entra ID.

Key Responsabilities:

● Assist in the deployment and support of IT hardware and software, including PCs/laptops, printers, and mobile devices.

● Monitor ticket queries and resolve basic issues; escalate more complex tickets to senior team members or vendors as needed.

● Support installation and basic maintenance of servers and storage systems under supervision.

● Follow established security procedures, including updates, antivirus, and access controls.

● Perform routine system administration tasks such as user account setup, password resets, and maintain inventory records.

● Monitor system alerts and report performance or availability issues to the team.

● Assist in troubleshooting recurring hardware and software issues and document solutions.

● Help maintain inventory of IT assets and supplies.

● Support data backup processes and verify successful completion.

● Provide basic user support and guidance on IT tools and best practices.

● Participate in team meetings and assist with process improvement initiatives.
